Who we are

BH Technical Solutions runs this site and makes our EAs and indicators, BH Trade Copier, XAU_IQ, Synoptix, Plumb, PennyPop and CutSync. You can reach us at bhtechnicalsolutions@gmail.com.

Visiting this site

Like every web server, our host (IONOS) records each request it receives: your IP address, the page or file, the time and your browser's name. These records are kept by IONOS for a short time to keep the service secure and working, and we use them only for that. We have no other information about visitors.

Emails you send us

If you email us, including through XAU_IQ's Feedback button, we keep your message, your email address and any files you attach, so we can answer you and improve XAU_IQ. Feedback files hold XAU_IQ's logs and settings; they never hold your licence key, your trading account details or prices. We delete them when they're no longer needed, and on request.

XAU_IQ

XAU_IQ runs on your PC and keeps its settings, strategies and prices there. It reads prices from your own MetaTrader 5, downloads the public economic calendar, and once a day asks this site whether there's a newer version or newer release dates (which, like any visit, appears in the server records above). It sends nothing about you or your account.

If you buy a licence, the shop that sells it holds your order details; we keep your name and email with your licence number so we can help if you lose your key.

Our software that is coming soon

None of them is on sale yet. If you email us about them, we keep your message and address only to reply and to tell you when they launch. This page will say what each one does with your information before it goes on sale.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you by emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
